Hormonal Health and Awareness in Travel

What do travel and hormones have in common?

Well – from personal experience – EVERYTHING!!!!  I know that I am affected by changes in time zones, in geographical location, in what I eat when I travel and who I meet up with.   Should you stop travelling just because you have started the journey on menopause?   Your periods have started?  You are

struggling to sleep?

I have always had an interest in women’s health, and a desire to get women together in a space where they can share information – and travel together when possible.  Women are stronger, better, amazing when they have agency over their lives.

There’s something wonderful about meeting up with family, with friends, going off on my own, that energies me… and even though, I am aware that there is likely to be a hormonal imbalance when I do change my environment, the benefits far outweigh any discomfort I may have.

So, imagine my joy when I recently discovered that there’s a way to mitigate the hormonal chaos if I just do a little planning in advance.  And then this got me thinking, how much do I REALLY pay attention to hormonal health and wellbeing?  How much do I know?  Where do I get my information from?

I invite you to join us for a fun afternoon of a social gathering at The Pepper Club.  Come and join us for a High Tea.  Come and join us to gather information wild, wonderful, and fun.  Come and join us to learn about your wonderful, powerful, incredible body.

If you are unable to attend, please consider sponsoring someone who would love to attend, but cannot come, or sponsor a friend to join you!

Love,

Semwano
